      Nice and well maintained office. Great pantry with snacks and drinks. Good work life balance as a broker.

      Cons

      Poor Management. No HR in Singapore office. No progression. Limited growth. Direct superior has attitude issues. Only lookout for themselves and not their subordinates. Empty promises.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
