The highest level management and team of directors are really good people. Offices at great locations in the U.S. Benefits are acceptable, and hey there's free food on fridays!
Cons
Office culture could improve, have come across overtly aggressive and hostile colleagues. Promotions are hard to come by. Dependency on offshore teams is very high.
