      Good people in whole and good opportunity

      Cons

      Bad management and too many empire builders , waste resources , lots of people do not have a clue what they are doing. Hard work is hardly ever recognized.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
