      Pros

      Very entrepreneurial and front office personnel have unlimited bonus potential. Resources of a big bank without the bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Front office employees are paid on a draw and typically not salaried. Still a young company that needs to continue to make a name for itself.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
