      Decent modern office and pantry.

      Cons

      Politics played between teams/ regions. Unethical management who are filled with lies and deceit. Unclear commission schedule so any payout is a hassle. If anyone has to join, they need to iron this matter out clearly.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
