      Pros

      My immediate boss understood how the institutional business works. That said, he needed to be more informed of who the important clients really are.

      Cons

      Senior management takes on too many projects and doesn't follow through. All too often they would jump into something and not devote the necessary resources to get it done.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
