      Driven by sales - many opportunities for sales Tech-focused There are good people there, they're just not in charge

      Cons

      Leadership, straight up to the CEO, is tone-deaf, weak-willed, or straight-up mean - some are all 3 The culture is that yelling at others and blaming others is totally ok, it seems to be endorsed

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
