      When you leave you realise how bad it was CEO seems like a decent guy

      Micromanaging managers No forward thinking No ability to evolve Teams are defensive and protect themselves Some individuals and teams are selfish and do not work for the company Some teams lie about what they are doing If you’re a woman at a work party, watch your back Talking smart counts more than what you do Zero culture

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
