      Good company with strong bonuses. Great leadership mid to senior level. Everyone is very friendly and open for collaboration. Great work life balance

      Cons

      Slow increase in your initial base salary. Salaries not on the high end but ok for the work life balance

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
