      Really nice office and very enjoyable people

      Cons

      It likely depends on the specific projects you worked on, but overall, it's evident that the company lacks strong senior engineering leadership. Much of the work feels like it was put together hastily—more like an intern’s prototype held together with glue and duct tape than a mature product.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
