      Pros

      London office Senior management team is great, some make a real effort.

      Cons

      Team leaders are promoted based on time served, not merit. This causes poorly managed teams at ground level. There is next to no culture, despite some efforts from the top. Structured sociable efforts would create a happier and more productive working environment.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
