      Pros

      With regards to the company? Wouldn't know. Only ever met a VP a few times, every one else was with the previous company before the sale.

      Cons

      Will hear it all on the hot-line. But to be blunt little to no training for new hires, they are just looking for bodies and when you can not take the work anymore they look for ways to push you out.

      I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment. I truly appreciate the opportunities, support, and encouragement I have received, and I am grateful to be part of such a great organization. Thank you!

      It's a beautiful hotel, you have the ability to get paid daily

      Poor management, lack of support, low pay, alot of problems with operations, constant guest complaints
