Pros

Cant think of any Pros which is unfortunate

Cons

The company and its executives micro manage property level associates to the point of not being able to do their jobs. CEO is out of touch and does not understand the hospitality industry Stonebridge underpays associates and then wonders why there is so much turnover while not offering any training. Stay away from this company. The HR department may be the worst I have ever, ever seen.

I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment. I truly appreciate the opportunities, support, and encouragement I have received, and I am grateful to be part of such a great organization. Thank you!

The EDGE Program was an incredible leadership development experience. It provided meaningful learning opportunities, inspiring guest speakers, and the chance to connect with talented colleagues across the company. The program challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and I left feeling more confident, motivated, and prepared for future leadership opportunities. I'm grateful to the team who created this program.
