Pros

You're offered some decent perks through the company if you are able to find time to travel. Management seemed to allow employees to solve problems on their own without requiring constant check-ins/status updates.

Cons

Due to management spending more time hands off, they tend to disappear, and topically it is when things get busiest. You tend to not be sure of what"power" you possess as a front desk agent as your management will often swap between backing you on decisions made while they were absent, or reprimanding you for them (often in front of guests in order to make the guest feel empowered over employees).

Pros

I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment. I truly appreciate the opportunities, support, and encouragement I have received, and I am grateful to be part of such a great organization. Thank you!

The EDGE Program was an incredible leadership development experience. It provided meaningful learning opportunities, inspiring guest speakers, and the chance to connect with talented colleagues across the company. The program challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and I left feeling more confident, motivated, and prepared for future leadership opportunities. I'm grateful to the team who created this program.
