They provided my work uniform.

Cons

At every turn they've made it clear they give zero cares about the fact that people, not robots, work for them. Inconsistent hours, won't give you full time so you can get benefits, fired us all during COVID-19 instead of laying us off or putting us on standby. Years of work with the company meant nothing. We'll have to reapply as if we've never worked there. All seniority, merit raises and perks are gone. No guarantee they'll hire one of us that they fired instead of someone else.

I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment.
