      Pros

      Decent benefit package, good people working there, pay is fair

      Cons

      Toxic work enviroment, poor internal communication, focus is on lining a few ppls pockets and very little concern for the employees. Hard work with minimal to no real support.

      I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment. I truly appreciate the opportunities, support, and encouragement I have received, and I am grateful to be part of such a great organization. Thank you!

      The EDGE Program was an incredible leadership development experience. It provided meaningful learning opportunities, inspiring guest speakers, and the chance to connect with talented colleagues across the company. The program challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and I left feeling more confident, motivated, and prepared for future leadership opportunities. I'm grateful to the team who created this program.
