      Pros

      When interviewing at corporate, I was impressed with senior management's innovative approaches to the hospitality business. They are clearly focused on providing distinguished hospitality, and increasing the focus on guest satisfaction. The growth pipeline in NYC, Seattle, and SFO is very interesting.

      Cons

      The pace of growth will require additional support for the general managers on the front line. Senior management seems committed to that.

      I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers.       The EDGE Program was an incredible leadership development experience. It provided meaningful learning opportunities, inspiring guest speakers, and the chance to connect with talented colleagues across the company.
