      Management used to be good before Covid

      Cons

      Oh boy, A LOT. -No on property security -hiring without running background check -low pay -corporate/ management are very pretentious, doesn't meet with staff and only care on their money. -poor management

      I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment.       The EDGE Program was an incredible leadership development experience. It provided meaningful learning opportunities, inspiring guest speakers, and the chance to connect with talented colleagues across the company. The program challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and I left feeling more confident, motivated, and prepared for future leadership opportunities. I'm grateful to the team who created this program.
