Pros
I had a long career at Stonebridge including working front desk and breakfast attendant. I eventually moved up to Sales Manager. The transition into managment was an intimidating one, but with the help of all of the leaders, it was very comfoprtable. They have improved leaps and bounds with recognition of a job well done. I left my job as a sales manager to pursue a job that payed much better, and regreted every second of it. If money is your number one most important aspect of a job then Stonebridge is not for you, but if you want to feel like you matter, and work in an environment that upper managment has your back then I recomend this company. Jack Paul is awesome, and Steve Battis might be better!
Cons
Does not pay as well as other companies, but pays well enough. Replaces the payment with a great culture and friendly environment.
