The Leaders are extremely supportive and knowledgeable. They are cognizant of their actions. The work environment here is very positive, and the management understands your needs and provides tools to empower you and set you up for success. Due to the absence of unnecessary work stress, you can go home on time and spend the evening with your loved ones at their peak performance. During my 4 weeks here, I have witnessed two promotions within the organization and great appreciation for employees. It's rare to come across a workplace like this in the heart of NYC
