      Pros

      Compared to other 3rd party management companies I have worked for, Stonebridge is doing the right thing not only for ownership groups and partners, but their team members as well. At the Renaissance Midtown, the team can’t be beat and the culture is one of the strongest I have had the pleasure to be with. In hospitality work-life balance is hard to say is “great”, but mine is significantly improved compared to past roles and organizations. Pay is good, benefits are exceeding most standards, and you can’t beat the location and the business we see each day.

      Nothing worthy of a true complaint. I genuinely love working here.

      I would love to share that Stonebridge has been an amazing company to work for. The company is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about its employees and managers. Leadership is always supportive and available whenever we need assistance, which creates a positive and welcoming work environment.       The EDGE Program was an incredible leadership development experience. It provided meaningful learning opportunities, inspiring guest speakers, and the chance to connect with talented colleagues across the company. The program challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, and I left feeling more confident, motivated, and prepared for future leadership opportunities. I'm grateful to the team who created this program.
