Pros
SRI has a great senior executive team with strong leadership skills and experience. I was able to learn and gain knowledge while I was employed. Their salary range tends to be towards mid-range or higher considering the market they are in (Youngstown). The bonus payout tends to be consistent year over year; it is measured off the company’s performance metrics. Also, bonus payouts are determined by what level you are within the company. Past pace environment and industry that is constantly changing to complete with competitors.
Cons
Stroneridge has VERY limited opportunity for career growth if you want to advance your career. In my opinion there tends to be more political and bureaucracy then necessary within a small corporate office. There are personal vendettas and behavior problems that don’t belong in the office. Not too many personnel are held accountable for their work and actions.
