      Managment in my department was flexible and easy to work with. Employees in my area got along well together. When the company was run by the founder, he took the time to learn employees names

      Too much segmentation between areas. Pay and benefits were below market.

      Pros

      Upon hiring, they sent a Laptop and a beautiful wrap-around monitor. High-speed, fast-moving delivery team.

      Cons

      My direct Manager was non-supportive and quick to assume I was underperforming... When tasked with a presentation that I developed over 6 weeks. My manager went around me, created his own presentation, without ever communicating with me until the week of the presentation. Then held a PIP on Monday, fired by Friday
