      Pros

      Much lateral mobility and freedom to make the call on many of the daily decisions needed. No micromanagement here! Given much responsibility from the get go, and a team of colleagues eager to assist should the need arise.

      Cons

      Europe division taking over the US business; the need to emulate their business model here in the states is a NO-GO. We are Americans, not Europeans!

      Pros

      Upon hiring, they sent a Laptop and a beautiful wrap-around monitor. High-speed, fast-moving delivery team.

      Cons

      My direct Manager was non-supportive and quick to assume I was underperforming... When tasked with a presentation that I developed over 6 weeks. My manager went around me, created his own presentation, without ever communicating with me until the week of the presentation. Then held a PIP on Monday, fired by Friday
