Pros
I felt the regional manager really cared about me as an employee and friend. She always understood if I needed a mental day or if I needed to work extra. Training was very hands on and they made sure I was confident in my job.
Cons
The pay isn't as good as they made it seem but it wasn't bad. Call Center easily made more money with less time on site so it became frustrating trying to gain sales versus the call center selling the same units for less. Must have excellent sales skills to make the big money
