Pros
There are some truly gifted and talented employees who can inspire the best in anyone.
Cons
CEO...After the parting of ways of close to 70% of the senior management and C level executives, the morale and the culture in the building have degraded to a shell of what it once was. They will find the people who kiss up to the right managers, and set them up for great success. This only serves to create a massive divide in the office, a divide that management knows of, but choooses to ignore. I might say this place reminds me of the three blind mice, because all management must sooth the CEOs child-like need for approval (which oddly enough they impress the importance of getting over this adolescent trait right when you start!) Even if management knows he is in the wrong, they would rather placate him to protect their pay than to stand up to the nonsensical changes he implements weekly. It’s sad since this once was a fantastic place to work. The captain may go down with the ship as is tradition, but there is no need for the entire crew to needlessly sink with him.
