It gives you a lot of real-world reps on the phone, which helps build confidence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection. You learn how to structure conversations, stay consistent with outreach, and manage your activity using tools like Salesforce. While it can be intense, the experience forces you to develop discipline and sharpen your communication skills in a short amount of time. It’s a strong place to build a foundation in sales and gain experience that can open doors to other opportunities.

StormWind can feel very fast-paced and sometimes rushed, especially during training and onboarding, which can make it difficult to fully grasp the product and feel confident early on. The role is heavily call-driven and structured, which may not suit people who prefer more in-person interaction or a less repetitive day-to-day. There can also be a disconnect when speaking with highly technical clients, especially if you’re still learning the material, which can make conversations feel unnatural at times.
