Company Values: They are held at a high standard and followed every day Co-Workers: Everyone here is ready to step up and help without judgement. Support: Supervisors and StoryPoint in general is very supportive of their employees with an employees first attitude Residents: The residents of the communities are absolutely amazing. One of the best parts about working here. Hours/PTO/Benefits: Great hours, time off and benefits. Opportunities to grow in this fast growing company.

Cons

With a company so new there are always bumps in the road. No real complaints.

-Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

Cons

-The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
