Safe, comfortable environment Encouraging co-workers, good team work Resident interactions, groups and activities create a welcoming and productive environment for both residents and staff Management care, pay attention and are both encouraging and understanding Overall great work ethic from all staff, each person encouraging the next and assisting to reach goals and tasks

Pros

-Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

Cons

-The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
