Hello, Thank you for leaving a review. We are glad you enjoyed working with your team and felt that you got the support you needed. When it comes to your comment on compensation, we have sent this information to our HR Team, as they are regularly reviewing salaries so we remain competitive. We strive to ensure we meet the residents culinary needs, but we do also track food waste to ensure we are using the bulk of our food. If you would like to discuss your review further, please call Pam Hayes at (810) 220-2655. Thank you.

Pros

Their new buildings look nice

Cons

They hire young, inexperienced unprofessional managers that wear open toed shoes, sleeveless shirts, sweatshirts and jeans. As a caregiver I was forced to be on call once a week if someone did not show up for their shift without any extra pay or bonus. I shouldn't be responsible for anyone else's schedule but my own. I made 16.25 an hour. Management needs to cover shifts not me. They make two to three times what I make and have more investment than i do. Your basically punished for showing up to work because if someone calls off its your problem not theirs. They have no right to dictate my life after my shift ends. I cant make plans, have a drink or do anything if its my turn. UNPAID to sit and wait. Again the good workers get punished and have to take the fall for the lazy ones. Management should be working the floor. I have two jobs and I cannot be on call for one when im at another.
