Hello, Thank you for providing feedback. We are glad that you felt it was fulfilling to serve our residents, but we would like to address some of your other highlighted concerns. Although we appreciate the dedication our teams have shown through the uncertainties of the pandemic, we also recognize the importance of work-life balance. We are committed to creating an environment where employees feel like they matter and belong and can talk openly with leadership about their concerns.
