The senior living at the building

Cons

Once the hands of owners changed the hiring process of quality candidates in leadership did as well. It went from more seasoned leadership to entitled brats, who are trying to prove they deserve their role by terminating based on small, insignificant matters. I.e. removing trash bags in the evening or locking a hospitality suite door.

-Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

Cons

-The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
