      1. No career growth. Your growth stops at the moment you step in this organization. 2. No heirarchy system 3. Demotivating management as well as no bonus, no promotion, no rewards. 4. No social activities. Only work and work. 5. Lot of politics

      Pros

      Team is easy to work with, and the work load continues to be challenging without being too much. Management takes care of it's workforce.

      Cons

      None really to speak of. This company hires smart and hard working employees. Job security is good as long as you are able to perform your duties.
