      Insurance, medical benefits for part time employees.

      Cons

      They treat employees as dispensible at any time. Union participation is required, although Utility clerks get no benefits from them.

      Works well with personal life. Good scheduling, great atmosphere to work in. Decent pay.

      No sick days, personal days at department manager level.
