      Schedule flexibility if you're in school

      Cons

      No room for advancement Poorly treated by corporate members (Think they're better than you) Doesn't have family values like they claim they do. (Keep extending holiday hours) Doesn't care about customers like they claim. (Keep raising prices) ZERO employee appreciation. Training? what's that... LOW pay and minimal raises. Condone employee theft from other employees. (Never address the problem)

      Works well with personal life. Good scheduling, great atmosphere to work in. Decent pay.

      Cons

      No sick days, personal days at department manager level.
