      The people I work with are easy to get along with. OK work/college balance

      Cons

      Scrubbing toilets and carting groceries out for lazy people while not making squat is very demoralizing.

      Works well with personal life. Good scheduling, great atmosphere to work in. Decent pay.

      No sick days, personal days at department manager level.
