Pros
Co-workers are nice, everyone who's not management seems to get along pretty well. That's about it.
Cons
Literally everything else. Management could care less about you. I was thrown into a "management" position - except I got no training and they threw me $1 more per hour. They also make sure not to put me full-time so I get screwed out of benefits. I'm expected to run a department for $1 above minimum wage and no training and bend down to corporates every beck and call. Expected to be a perfect employee and make the company rich. Corporate is a joke - it's all money, money, money. Employees that have been there for years are forced out of insurance because the "union" is a joke as well. Employees are treated as expendable. I have to come in on my days off just to get all the things they want me to do done. Do I get paid for it? No. I'm just tired of this joke of a management team breathing down my throat all the time. Not worth the time or money - stay far away from this place. Cannot say enough bad things about it.
