Pros

Professional, upbeat work environment, great benefits, management is proactive and treats you with respect, like you are person, not a number. Our HR and IT team members are outstanding and address concerns promptly with a resolution that I have noticed. For a great percentage of employees, they are offered to work from home. StrataTech offers opportunities to advance in career goals. Having co-workers that all work together as a team is extraordinarily spectacular as well! We have regular meetings where it is shared how our company is operating, changing, updating, etc.

Cons

This is a difficult thing to address because I have not been confronted with any downside issues. I would say one possible con is that we need to downsize our office due to employees being able to work from home.

Pros

StrataTech is the real deal when it comes to living out its WeCare values. This isn’t just something we talk about—it’s built into how we lead, how we serve students, and how we support each other as a team.

Cons

Fast-paced change can be a challenge for those used to slower-moving organizations. We expect agility and proactive thinking. But if you're adaptable and solution-oriented, you’ll thrive.

Pros

-Good base pay -Large territory -New leadership seems to be moving things in a direction that makes sense - won’t have to rely on the PE backing to hand deliver all current customers as there is a focus on actually developing something to sell -Trade School side or the org is respected.

Cons

-No products to sell - have a catalog of “ideas” with zero actual track record of usage. -Bottlenecks on every decision -90% of resources go to managing 2 accounts….smaller accounts (that are the speed of the org in its current state) get “forgotten” and leave you holding the pieces on deals that fall apart at the implementation stage -Zero tech stack - every lead, phone number and email address within the CRM must be researched, verified, uploaded, and automated by you. CRM does more harm than good with the lack of integrations to anything that matters and the clumsiness and limitations (leadsquared) Zero name recognition in the field Organization sees itself as separate entities (schools and b2b) schools deal with many orgs but don’t/wont work across the aisle. Pretty insane No

Thanks for sharing your experience with StrataTech Education Group. We hear you loud and clear about the challenges you've faced. I'm going to address some of the points you've made: On products to sell: We hear you that there's a catalog of "ideas" without a track record of usage. We are putting the final touches on developing off the shelf solutions to sell, as noted by the new leadership's direction. CRM integrations: We are aware of some of the limitations with the CRM and the manual work required for lead management. Improving our tech stack is always top of mind for us. Name recognition and inter-org collaboration: We're working on boosting StrataSkills presence in the field with new marketing products and partnering with career services with collateral and content. To sum it up, we appreciate your honest feedback. We're taking steps to streamline operations and we are going to keep working on removing obstacles and listening to our team.
