Pros
Cutting-edge technology that drives the industry forward.
Cons
There is no vision for the company's future. They restructure far too often, creating new jobs to eliminate them while raving to investors about how successful the business is. Yoav does not care one bit about his employees, and this company is run with dual headquarters, while we all know that only one site makes business decisions. The last reorg was still in flux when the new one came in and many projects simply made no progress because we never had the support required from upper management. I can't even begin to tell you how many delays we faced day after day, month after month, year after year, from executive leadership simply not doing their job and halting projects to the same degree that the iceberg halted the Titanic. After repeatedly being told how terribly the company is doing and how much sales are hurting us, Yoav laid off nearly 20% of the staff this year, with the latest round being 15%. Innovation companies that rely heavily on R&D efforts to pay off 5-10 years from now are not the companies that should be eliminating the workforce when they continue to claim that they have the most money in the bank in the industry and are poised to come of this economic downturn in a better position. Sadly, Stratasys is no longer an innovation company. They buy up their competition, just like all the other major players in tech, and proceed to sue new coming rivals based on patents that they acquire, rather than develop.
