      Pros

      All the standard advantages of working for a large, multi-national, corporation: great benefits, good salary, decent office space, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of divisions, lots of compartmentalization within the divisions. Decisions made at the corporate level affecting one's day-to-day, many levels down, Amplified by the fact that it's foreign-owned.
