Pros
You’re surrounded by successful people who really want you to be the best recruiter you can be. When being on boarded, the leadership ensures you are set up for success by frequently checking in, goal setting and on the job learning experience. I have always felt supported and encouraged by my managers, who are open about their opportunities to grow and get better as well. We do work hard, but your work is rewarded in bonuses, time off, and with company outings. There are constant laughs throughout the day and the whole team is great at celebrating and recognizing both small and large wins.
Cons
Full desk recruiting is hard, you have to balance the business development side with the candidate sourcing side. If you don’t come from a business development or sales background, you’ll have a harder time ramping up.
