      SRI fosters and encourages a collaborative work environment. Everyone is always willing to pitch in, as needed to support various projects within the organization. Our President is always very appreciative of work efforts and makes sure your hard work is noticed.

      Cons

      Some employees are not aware of all of the company successes. I recommend more communications via social media websites so employees at all locations receive updates about what's going on within the Company.
