SRI values every voice as communicated and encouraged by the President at every meeting. She cares for every employee to the greatest extent—cash and non-cash recognitions, special events, personal mentoring, visiting the sick whether they are employees or just a family member of an employee. Our President gives to all members of an employee’s family and to the community in which they live. The President founded the Company on being employee-focused. She believes, “If we take care of our employees, they will in turn take exceptional care of our clients.” This creates a never-ending cycle of success for not only our clients; but, for our employees and their communities. Since this is your first year with SRI, our management team tries to be there as much as possible to train, guide and develop you as a professional to ensure your success. You may have misunderstood this as micro-management. However, this is just another way we show we care about your success.
