SRI is an international company with 31 years of experience and employees around the world. We attribute part of our success to our corporate commitment to treat all employees fairly and to offer competitive pay, typically above industry standards. The Military and Family Life Counselor contract is subject to the Department of Labor Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination which specifies the minimum wage rate and health & welfare payment for each location covered by the contract. However, in spite of the minimum rate identified in the SCA wage determination, SRI actually pays the majority of all MFLCs above the SCA wage rate and still provides the health & welfare payout to be used to cover insurance and other fringe benefit costs. This supports SRI continued compliance with and adherence to contract requirements, the SCA and all labor laws. SRI operates with open communications and a commitment to fulfilling all candidate desires. Some requests require senior management or government (for special considerations) approval, and when they are not able to be resolved, we maintain open and transparent communication with each candidate and employee. SRI has an unwavering commitment to our clients and to our employees who are servicing our clients.
