Strategic Resources Inc. (SRI) has been in business over 30 years with continued growth and success each year. SRI is honored to support many mission critical DoD Programs. However, support of these programs requires commitment from our staff to ensure SRI remains a trusted mission partner with in support of our customers and the service members and their family we serve. In appreciation for employee commitment, SRI shows appreciation to its employees through our incentive program, special awards, and recognition programs. The healthcare industry continues to have cost that increase each year; however, SRI has been able to offset these costs by covering the majority of the premium cost for our employees (on non-SCA contracts). An example of this commitment is evidenced by SRI’s corporate management team deciding to absorb the 2019 increase in health insurance cost so employees would not have to pay any additional premiums. We understand each employee may have a different experience when working for any company. But we believe our 30+ years in business, with continued success in the federal marketplace is evidence of SRI’s commitment to both our employees and customers.
