Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) has fantastic employees who work together and have created a culture of success. SRI’s compensation packages are in accordance with the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor and Statistics, several industry-recognized salary survey platforms, and we often pay more; but never less than industry standards or wages regard by DOL. Our policies and procedures are often impacted by government requirements, which often change at a moment's notice. We all must be able to adapt when working with the government, but that is often not something SRI can control. The procedures on this contract were produced, implemented and controlled by the government.
SRI’s Management Team has an average of 15 years of experience, and many have been with the company for more than five (5) years (which is above the industry average). One of the keys to the 32 years of success is active management from our senior leadership to ensure clear guidance is provided to employees while maintaining compliance with all governing laws and regulations.
This approach has resulted in continued corporate growth over the years, and many employees appreciate this hands-on engagement. As employees grow in their positions, less oversight is required, and they, in turn, have opportunities to grow in their career path within the company; unless the employee requires additional counseling or training for which SRI executes.
