Unfortunately, Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) does not and has never had a position called “Family Room Specialist.” There are several “SRI” and Strategic Resources listed, and perhaps you have the wrong company. Especially since SRI promotes upward mobility for all and allows employees to develop their growth in several ways. There are many opportunities for growth, and we consider many factors when employing or promoting employees, and experience is only one of those factors. Also, we consider education, ability to showcase a willingness to learn the skills of the higher position, desire to work as a team member, along with the experience you bring to the role. SRI looks at each employee, each position requirements, before consideration for promotional opportunities. In 2019, SRI successfully promoted several employees to fill higher classified positions on various contracts and continues to provide opportunities for internal career growth, as allowed within the confines of our government contracts and the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
