Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is proud to have an opportunity to support many critical requirements in support of military service members and their families. At times, based on the demanding needs of Government customers, there are situations that require work outside of normal business hours. The management team of SRI is hands-on and works alongside all employees as we believe we are One Team! From the President and CEO down to day-to-day Site Managers, every employee receives the support, training, and guidance needed to be a successful performer. Based on the rate structures in the contracts approved by the Government, pay rates are often driven by the Department of Labor (DOL) Service Contract Act (SCA). As such, pay rate adjustments are dictated by adjustments approved and authorized by DOL. While these pay rate adjustments are often out of SRI’s control, SRI’s management consistently advocates on behalf of our employees to the Government to identify opportunities for increasing authorized pay wages.
