Thank you for taking time to provide feedback as we appreciate receiving both the pros and cons, which ultimately enable us to continually improve all employee experiences. During these challenging times, Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) provided tailored resources and an increased focus on our employee’s health and wellbeing. In light of the pandemic, we were able to quickly implement a virtual work environment to promote the safety and wellbeing of all employees. While virtual operations are very effective, they do present some challenges for some employees. As those challenges are identified, we work alongside the employee to ensure they are able to operation at 100% capacity, and on an as-needed basis, increased oversight is provided to help all employees achieve success in their position.
