Pros
If you need some kind of job to provide a paycheck, this job may be right for you. The company is on a government contract and provides employees to work this contract. They are a sub-contractor to a larger company, and really have no concern for their employees.
Cons
The starting pay for this job is not too bad, when you consider it is above minimum wage. The benefits provided were horrible. Health insurance was over 600 dollars per month, and didn't cover very much. For a family with childeren, this is hard to swing. Management did not care about the employees. We were basically on our own, and had to fend for ourselves. High cost for employee "benefits" Company is just concerned that you are making them money Human resources department is a joke. Treats their employees very poorly
